Shipping and Delivery Policy

Shipping

Allied Petroleum Limited (“Allied”) will deliver the lubricant products purchased from m1oils.co.nz (“Product”) using a range of courier partners. We will endeavour to dispatch the Product within 24 hours of receipt of your order during normal business hours (Monday to Friday) from our Christchurch distribution centre. We will not charge for delivery of all Products purchased from m1oils.co.nz, unless stated otherwise.

Please ensure to provide your complete address when placing your order, including any business name should there be one. If your address is incomplete, we will contact you as soon as possible to make corrections. This may incur a fee if the courier charges us for a second delivery.

Please note we do not ship to PO Boxes, as we ONLY use courier services, not post.

Tracking information will be forwarded to you with confirmation of order. This information can be used in conjunction with the freight company's tracking facilities.

Delivery

Allied deliver to New Zealand destinations only - North and South Islands, excluding Waiheke, Great Barrier, Chathams & Stewart Islands.

Allied will endeavour to deliver the Product within 1 – 5 business days for local deliveries and 3 – 7 business days for rural deliveries. If Allied agrees to deliver the Product by a certain time Allied will make reasonable efforts to ensure the Product is delivered within that timeframe.

Allied will deliver the Product to the address you have included when placing your order. Delivery will occur when the Product is dropped off at that address.
